Course Description:
Examines the fundamental concepts of management: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Focuses on the role of management and leadership including: planning and decision-making; organizational strategy; innovation and change; organizational design; motivation and performance of organizations, teams, and individuals; and business ethics in the context of a complex and multi-cultural/international environment. Recommended Prep: BUS M30 and ENGL M02. Transfer credit: CSU; UC.
