Course Description:
This course is an examination of the images, roles, and identities of women in literature, focused on the contributions of women to a variety of literary genres including prose, poetry, short fiction, drama, and novels. It explores the particular cultural, historical, political, and social issues that have influenced women and society. Field trips may be required. Recommended Prep: ENGL V01A.
