- Course Description:
- This course is designed to equip the student with the learning needed to understand the principles of criminal law and criminal procedure as well as those skills needed in the daily practice in a law office. The course will cover crimes, defenses, punishment, search and seizure law and pre-trial, trial and review procedures. Field trips may be required. Prerequisites: LAW R104. Transfer credit: CSU.
