Course Description:

Continues beginning Spanish language acquisition in a cultural context through listening, speaking, reading and writing at the second semester level. Emphasizes student interaction with authentic language in cultural context. Credit Limitations - Credit will not be awarded for both SPAN M110 and SPAN M110S. Credit will be awarded only for the first course completed with a grade of "C" or better or "P". Notes: Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP2811 for 60 contact hours. Field trips may be required. Prerequisites: SPAN M100, two years of high school Spanish with a grade of C or better, or equivalent. Formerly: SPAN M02; SPAN M02A; SPAN M02B. Applies to Associate degree. Transfer credit: CSU; UC.
