Course Description:

This course will include a complete review of Spanish grammar and syntax, training in oral and written expression with reading and discussion of selected pieces from literature and other sources. Field trips may be required. Prerequisites: SPAN V02 or 2 years of high school Spanish with a grade or C or better, or equivalent. Notes: Course Credit Limitation: Credit will not be awarded for both SPAN V03S and SPAN V03; credit will be awarded only for the first course completed with a grade of "C" or better or "P". Formerly: SPAN 3. Transfer credit: CSU; UC. C-ID: SPAN 200.
